At Crack CDAC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), your privacy is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information — including when you log in using third-party services like Google or Facebook.
1. What Data We Collect
When you use our services and log in via a third-party provider (Google or Facebook), we may request and receive the following data:
| Source | Data Items Requested / Accessed |
|---|---|
| Google Sign-In | Email address; basic profile (name, profile picture) |
| Facebook Login | Email address; basic profile (name, profile picture) |
We do not collect other data from your Google or Facebook accounts, such as your calendar, contacts, posts, or private messages, unless you explicitly grant additional permissions (and we will clearly state, during the permission request, what extra data we will access).
2. How We Use This Data
We use the data obtained from Google or Facebook only for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your identity and letting you log in without needing a separate username/password
- To display your name and profile picture within your Crack CDAC dashboard
- To personalize your user experience (e.g. greeting you by name)
- To send you essential account-related communications (e.g. password reset, security alerts, notifications)
- For internal analytics and improving our services (in an aggregated, anonymized form) — but only if you opt in
- To comply with legal obligations if required (e.g. responding to lawful requests by authorities)
We do not use your Google or Facebook data for advertising or selling to third parties.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We take care to limit data sharing. We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share it in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers / contractors:
We may share minimal data with third-party service providers (for example, hosting, database management, email delivery) that help us operate the platform. Those providers are required to adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards. - Legal or safety reasons:
If required by law, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of us or others, we may disclose data. - Facebook / Google as required by platform policies:
In compliance with Facebook’s Developer Policies or Google’s policies, we may share certain usage or analytics information back to these platforms (e.g. login events, session tokens) as required by their APIs. This is only as minimally needed to maintain the integration.
4. Data Storage, Security & Protection
- We store user data (including profile data from Google/Facebook) on encrypted servers managed by trusted providers.
- All data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel, protected via role-based access controls.
- Sensitive tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest.
- We perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and reviews of our data practices.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- Your Google / Facebook profile data is retained only for the duration your Crack CDAC account remains active.
- If you delete your Crack CDAC account or revoke third-party access, we will remove all associated data from our servers within 30 days.
- Backup copies or archived logs are purged within 90 days.
- If portions of data must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons, we isolate them and restrict their use only to required purposes.
6. User Rights & Requests
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correction: Request corrections of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (account, profile info).
- Restriction / Objection: In certain jurisdictions, you may restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw Consent: If you had consented to additional uses (e.g. analytics), you can withdraw that anytime.
- Revoke Third-Party Access: You can revoke Google or Facebook access via your Google or Facebook account settings; doing so may limit or disable your ability to log in using that provider.
To make such requests, email us at contact@crackcdac.in (or support@crackcdac.in) with subject line like “Data Access Request” or “Delete My Data.” We will acknowledge within 30 days.
7. Children’s Privacy
Crack CDAC is not intended for individuals under age 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you become aware that data of a child under 13 has been collected, please contact us and we will take prompt steps to remove it.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or third-party service policies (e.g. Facebook or Google). When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where significant, notify users via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
